Most visible patches come from two things: texture that doesn’t match and paint that only covers the patch. We identify the existing texture and test it on a small area before applying it to the repair, feather the edges into the surrounding wall and paint to a natural break, such as a corner or trim line, where a full-wall repaint would be needed. For stains, we seal the area first so the stain doesn’t bleed back through.
We isolate the work area with plastic sheeting, use low-dust sanding and setting compounds, and clean up at the end of each visit. Small patches are often finished in a single visit with quick-setting materials. Larger areas need drying time between coats, so we plan the visits in advance and keep the area tidy in between. For lobbies, reception areas and dining rooms, we can work early, late or on weekends.

We identify the texture (orange peel, knockdown, smooth or another finish), test it on a small area to get the pattern right, then apply it to the repair and feather it into the surrounding wall. After priming, we paint to a natural break so there's no visible edge.
Yes. We section off the area with plastic, use low-dust materials and clean up after each visit. Customer-facing areas can be done early in the morning, in the evening or on weekends. Larger repairs that need drying time between coats are planned over several short visits.
Recurring cracks usually point to movement or moisture: building settlement, seasonal expansion, doors slamming against a wall, or a slow leak. We reinforce the joint with tape rather than just filling it and look for the cause. If the cracks point to a structural or water problem, we'll tell you before patching again.
Yes. We replace stained or broken acoustic tiles and repair bent grid. Make sure the leak above has been fixed first, or the new tiles will stain again. We'll check for signs of an active leak while we're up there.
